Your adventure with Smith Board Co. starts the day your board is delivered to your doorstep. Our 100 Day Risk-Free Trial ensures that if you decide the board isn't the perfect fit for you within the first 100 days, we’ll take care of the pickup and issue a full refund. (Pretty cool, huh?)
We do encourage all our customers to give themselves at least 21 days of riding with their new board before initiating a return or exchange. This period allows ample time to fully experience and adjust to the exceptional quality and performance that Smith Board Co. offers!
Simple Steps for a Hassle-Free Return:
If you’re not completely satisfied, simply contact our customer service at email@example.com within the 100-day period to start your return.
After getting your return authorization, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label. Just pack up your board and drop it off at the designated shipper.
Once we receive and check your return, a full refund is issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically process within 5 business days, but please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to post it.
