Because every board is built to order with meticulous attention to detail, our standard production timeline is 1–2 weeks.
Once completed, your board is securely packaged and shipped directly to your door.

We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers like FedEx and UPS.
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information to monitor your delivery.
- We do not offer international shipping at this time but are working to expand this capability soon.
Free Shipping on Orders Over $100
We offer free shipping on all orders over $100.
For orders under $100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed.
Damages and Issues
We package every board carefully, but occasionally things happen during transit.

Inspect your board immediately upon arrival.
If you notice any damage, please contact us within 48 hours at support@smithboardco.com with photos of the damage and your order number. -
Repair Program Support:
If your board is damaged, you’re eligible to use our Wakesurf Board Repair Program. Our experienced repair team can restore your board using top-quality materials and advanced techniques. To start a repair, send photos of the damage to support@smithboardco.com, and we’ll assess it and provide a repair quote. -
100-Day Risk-Free Trial Coverage:
Every board is also covered under our 100-Day Risk-Free Trial. If you decide the board isn’t the perfect fit (even after light use), we’ll arrange free return shipping and issue a full refund. (See our full Return and Refund Policy for details.)
We’re committed to making sure you’re thrilled with your board — whether through repair, replacement, or return.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to deliver within our stated timelines, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., carrier delays, weather events, peak season).
- We are not responsible for shipping delays once the board has been handed off to the carrier.
- If you experience significant issues with your shipment, contact us and we'll help however we can.
