At Smith Board Co., we believe you should ride your board to decide if you love it. That’s why every board comes with a 100-Day Risk-Free Trial — no stress, no second-guessing.

Your adventure with us starts the day your board is delivered. If you decide it’s not the perfect fit within the first 100 days, we’ll handle the pickup and issue a full refund. (Pretty cool, right?)

We encourage riders to give themselves at least 21 days to get used to their new board before initiating a return or exchange — it often takes a few sessions to fully experience the quality, feel, and performance of a Smith Board Co. ride.


Simple Steps for a Hassle-Free Return

1. Initiate the Return

Contact our customer service team at support@smithboardco.com within your trial period to start the process.

2. Easy Pickup

After your return is authorized, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label. Just pack your board securely and drop it off at the designated shipper.

3. Fast Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Most refunds process within 5 business days, but timing can vary based on your bank or credit card company.
