Simple Steps for a Hassle-Free Return:
If you’re not completely satisfied, simply contact our customer service at support@smithboardco.com within the 30 day period to start your return.
After getting your return authorization, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label. Just pack up your product and drop it off at the designated shipper.
Once we receive and check your return, a full refund is issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically process within 5 business days, but please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to post it.
